Se-Jong Tae Kwon Do Resources | MAKA TKD
Any students attending the free martial arts classes offered by Se-Jong Tae Kwon Do Educational System Inc. in the Pittsburgh area or other areas may find the numerous available online resources to be quite helpful in their taekwondo training. When I first started attending weekly taekwondo classes, I found it difficult to remember all of the techniques that we were learning in class. Oftentimes, as soon as I got home from class, I would practice some of the things we just learned that day as a way to help remember them. In addition, I would spend a little bit of time (15 minutes or so) each day during the week practicing those new techniques. This was quite helpful, but there were many times when I could not remember exactly how to do a particular technique. This is where the numerous Se-Jong Tae Kwon Do resources available online can be quite helpful.
There are documents available for download from Se-Jong Tae Kwon Do that list the required knowledge for the different belts that students may be testing for.
